Free Telephone System Training
As you may know, Smartech can supply, install and maintain business telephone systems. When we do supply a new system, we always provide a comprehensive training shortly after installation.
However, we are aware that many businesses have a perfectly good phone system and are not yet ready to update it. It is often the case though that these systems are not been used to their full potential and that is often because knowledge has been lost over time.
Of course, most people know how to use a telephone to make and receive calls. But good telephone system training can make a world of difference providing users with an understanding of how and when to use these features properly can make business operations much more efficient.
Our team trainers will show you and your staff anything starting from Handset and Voicemail training, Switchboards, Telephone User software, Call Centre Software and also how to make basic programming changes to your telephone and voicemail systems, all in the comfort of your own offices.
Handset Training for up to 8 users is £195.00 + VAT. System administration training for up to 3 users is system dependant but from £350 + VAT.
Training is provided free of charge to those with their telephone line rentals and calls with Smartech.
